1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to deliver our voice sales companion services:

• Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and billing information (processed by Razorpay).
• Voice & Speech Data: Short voice notes recorded by sales reps for CRM intent parsing.
• Call Audio & Transcripts (Paid Tier): User-uploaded call recordings stored in encrypted India-region cloud buckets.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

All data is processed strictly to extract sales intents, update lead status, schedule follow-ups, and generate reports requested by the user. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties or advertising networks.

3. Storage & Encryption

Data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL and India-region object storage with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is strictly controlled via Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

4. Data Deletion & Account Erasure

Under DPDP guidelines and Google Play user data safety policies, users have full rights to permanent data erasure. You can delete your account and all associated voice notes, lead contacts, and activity logs at any time via our web portal at trydealstrike.com/delete-account or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account irrevocably purges all records within 24 hours.
